Yes — every tool on WebToolsz is completely free to use with no registration, no hidden fees, and no usage limits. We keep the lights on through non-intrusive display advertising. You never need to create an account or share personal information to use any tool on the platform.

Your files never leave your device. All processing — PDF conversion, image resizing, video compression, JSON formatting, and everything else — happens entirely inside your browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. We have no server-side file processing and no technical ability to access or store any file you work with. This is one of our core design principles.

We aim to reply to all emails within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday, IST). High-priority issues like broken tools or data concerns are typically addressed faster. During peak periods, responses may take a little longer, but we read every message and do our best to reply to all of them.

Absolutely. Many of the tools currently on WebToolsz were added because users asked for them. If you have a specific workflow problem that a simple online tool could solve, email us with the details. We evaluate all suggestions and prioritize the ones that would benefit the most users. There's no guarantee every suggestion becomes a tool, but we genuinely consider each one.

The more detail you can give us, the faster we can fix it. Helpful things to include: the name of the tool, what you were trying to do (e.g., "convert a 5 MB DOCX file to PDF"), what happened instead of what you expected, the browser and version you're using (e.g., Chrome 122 on Windows 11), and whether the issue happens consistently or only sometimes. Screenshots are a bonus.

We currently don't offer a public API. Most of our tools run entirely client-side, so an API wouldn't make sense for those. If you have a specific integration use case in mind — for example, bulk processing or embedding a tool in your own application — email us with the details. We're open to exploring custom arrangements for legitimate business needs.

We are a small team that cares deeply about the user experience. Every support request, suggestion, and piece of feedback is read by a real person — not a bot. We don't use automated responses or support ticket queues.
